- One of your first thoughts in the morning is “World Race this…” or “World Race that…”
- Your family rolls their eyes when you relate everything to the World Race
- You relate everything to the WR
- Most of your Christmas wish list is gear and items needed for the WR (it’s true- check it out
) - You spend most of breakfast studying the globe
- Anytime online is spent reading previous or current Racers’ blogs
- You’re constantly thinking of fundraising ideas
- Random waves of shock at least once a week if not every day
- You get excited when you meet people from the countries on your route and start hitting them up for all the details possible (true story- made a new friend from Peru and met a missionary from Ecuador)
- You start looking through your church directory to see if you have missionaries in the countries on your route
- Your brother’s new school assignment is to write a one page report about each country on your route (even as I write he is researching Cambodia
)
Bonus: You are amazed every day that God would open such an amazing door!
