It’s been a while since I’ve blogged, so my next few blogs are going to be dedicated to catching you all up on what the past few months have looked like for me. After month 4 in Vietnam, my squad had team changes which means that I’m no longer on a team with any of the people I started the race with. At debrief, we were introduced to our new teams and got to know each other quickly before we headed out to month 5 in Cambodia.

My team, Rooted in Truth (aka RITz), was placed in Ta khmao, Cambodia, right outside of Phnom Penh. Our ministry looked a little different each day; we taught english sometimes multiple times a day, led bible study with members of our church, led church in village nearby, and shared the gospel at our own church. Our ministry host has started two group homes and we were lucky enough to spend most of our days with 15 beautiful little Cambodian children at one of the houses. Cambodia was a short month for us, but was packed with incredible things including getting to spend Christmas with our new family. Here are some pictures of our time in Cambodia!
