We have finally made it to the
Philippines. Yay!! After a flight that stopped through Malaysia for
16 hours and an awesome trip to Kuala Lumpur and good nights rest on
the floor of the airport, (not really).
We started this month doing debrief
where our squad parents and squad leaders come in and help us process
the last 2 months. It has been an incredible time here already.
So, this month we are going to be
working in a community where they are trying to plant a church. We
will go in and do whatever it is they need for that. Which can
include helping with services, doing small groups in homes, feeding
programs, working with the kids and helping build. We will have the
opportunity to go in and really build relationships with the people
and get to know them well. I am so excited for this opportunity with
the people and for the team to be able to go in and work together.
