This is the list of thing I fasted from. 

  1. Coffee
  2. Sugar (sweets/dessert/chocolate, etc) 
  3. Instagram 
  4. Facebook
  5. Tv
  6. Movies 
  7. Makeup
  8. Mirrors
  9. Meat
  10. Gluten (This is already a thing, but I wasn’t being very nice to my body and was eating all the things I’m not supposed to. So I needed accountability.) 
  11. Secular music (only Christian!)
  12. No games (sudoku) 
  13. 12 hour a day food fast (7-7) 
  14. Secular Books (Also only Christian) 
  15. Idleness (laziness) 
  16. Negative self talk 
  17. Time (no watch) 
  18. WiFi outside of living space 
  19. Alcohol 
  20. Jewelry (rings and necklaces and excess earrings) 
  21. Buying things (other than food/necessity) 
  22. Complaining
