This blog is an introduction to my new team.

Team changes are a natural part of the race. As our original squad leaders step away, having taught us the ropes and guided us through our first days on the race, we prepare to say Adios to them and Swa Dee Kah to new leaders who have been raised up within our squad. This means teams will need new team leaders and team dynamics change completely.

I’m sad to say goodbye to my Spittin’ Image family but am embracing the opportunity to go deep with others on the squad and look forward to what I can learn from them.

I have to say the Lord was so good to give me Shanna, Caitlyn, Jordan, Emma, Nate and Dan. They were the right people to walk in grace beside me through issues and expectations I didn’t even know I had. I experienced ENORMOUS personal and spiritual growth alongside them. Never have I let down walls so quickly nor has anyone seen me at my best and worst times in so short amount of time. They hold an incredibly special place in my heart.

My time with them has prepared me for my time in southeast asia and with my new team: SALT SHAKERS!!

Meet Alyssa Rainbolt (Team Leader), Brian Cooke, Andrew Ingrassia (Squad Logistics) Chrissy Robertson (Team Finance) Danae Cosgrove, and Vivian Zavala. I hope you take time to peek at their blogs.  I am serving with some beautiful and powerful people. Their love for God is staggering and challenges me in my own faith and encourages my heart just to watch them serve and pursue the Lord and His heart. I know I cannot walk away from this group of people unchanged for the better. Already, Danae had the privilege of leading a little girl to the Lord the other day while hanging out with the break dancers. Ministry with the breakdancers and skateboarders has been awesome and so exciting for me. These young people are authentic, against the grain personality types. I feel I’ve always gravitated to these kinds of people. I’m so stoked to see how the Lord is moving in these social groups and how He is going to use these young people to be nation changers. Young people listen to other young people.  Young people are the future. And these young people are anointed.

Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord anointed me to bring the good news to the poor, he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to those who are bound…

This verse encouraged me today. I hope it encourages you readers to step into whatever it is that you have been called into that you have, for whatever reason, not stepped into because of fear. What do you have to fear? Truly? The Lord has anointed you. You cannot fail because He has ALREADY WON.

Be blessed today.

Pray Today:
For young people to be freed from the chains of lies that the enemy has placed on them via their society

For Young people here to be bold

For more people to fan the small flames in Thailand and that love would set this Nation ablaze.
