I love Kenya. I can't believe I'll be wrapping up my time here in a week.

There is absolutely no way that I can sufficiently describe why I love Kenya. I shall attempt to convey my love through videos and pictures of my experiences here.

I mean seriously, I saw a giraffe the moment we got off the plane. My exeriences here include living with an incredible african woman, doing street ministry, worship, serving in a home for the disabled, motivational talks in schools in the slums, meeting with university students, making friends in the market and our neighborhood, painting the faces of children from the slums, serving in orphanages, and seeing warthogs run across the street like it's no big deal.

However, this video does not convey my entire experience here. Personally, Kenya has been a stretching month for my heart and for many of my relationships. The theme this month is that this life that I'm living is not about me. And so often, too often, I try to make it that.  This life is not about being comfortable or even about making our mark on this earth. It's about glorifying an incredible, glorious, merciful and just Creator, Saviour and Father with the way we live our lives. That is the chief end of man.

Lastly, I just have to say again, thank you, supporters for all your prayers thus far. I am happy to report the B-squad hasn't had Malaria, or Dengue or Typhoid as a result of your faithful prayers. I have had incredible health in my travels with only a couple of days where just a little rest was required to recover. That's amazing. My tailbone, while still tender some days has healed incredibly fast. When I first arrived, I was struggling with my allergies but without taking any medicine, I was healed and back to normal within a couple days and with lots of prayer. I am asking for your continued prayers support as I'm seeking direction from the Lord about what should happen post-Race.

Check out my other blog for my pictures which are really difficult to upload onto this site at :
