Theft Touched Hands

 

these are the hands of little girls

these are the hands of those who have been stolen from

these are the hands that were robbed of a childhood

these are the hands of abuse and hurt

these are the hands of those who were spit on and used

these are the hands of those who don’t know true love

these are the hands that were sold into abuse by their own parents

these are the hands of girls, who i can sadly not show their beautiful faces for their own safety

these are the hands of those who felt like they were nothing

these are the hands that have experienced more in their few short years than many of us ever will in a lifetime

these are the hands of those who don’t feel worthy

 

these are theft touched hands

 

these are the hands of my friends

these are the hands of girls with so much joy

these are the hands of strength

these are the hands that i love to hold

these are the hands of little girls that love to sing

these are the hands of some great soccer players

these are the hands that i love to pick flowers with

these are the hands who have taught me so much

these are the hands i love on

these are the hands i work for

these are the hands of girls who are fearfully and wonderfully made and loved by their real Father

these hands are worthy,these hands are strong, these hands are beautiful, these hands are loved, these hands are enough,

and these hands are made in the image of God
