Hey guys!
So we just finished the Camino yesterday. Very thankful to have had that experience.
Wanted to share a few testimonies with you:
I met a woman from Finland. She was not a believer and as I talked to her she expressed she was having a lot of pain in her knee. I asked if I could pray for it and she said yes. I prayed for the pain to go away and then her and here friends continued on down the trail. I saw them later that day they said there was no pain! Praise God! I was able to hang out with her group for a bit and they kept mentioning it and saying they had seen two miracles from that Prayer. So that was cool.
Another time I was walking in front of this man at a very slow pace because of pain in my ankle. He also was walking that pace and we ended up accidentally missing a turn and got off course. It lead to us talking and he asked me what I wanted to do for a living. I said I would like to work with homeless and addicts. He started getting choked up and explained that someone in his family had just been on the streets for the past year and that’s why he was walking the Camino. At that point I didn’t know what to say. I asked God and felt like the Lord just said for me to listen to him and so that’s what I did. He was a fellow believer and at the end of our conversation I was able to give him some info and then got to spend some time praying with him. I loved how God orchestrated this whole thing and that I could just be an ear and speak life into him and pray with him. I was really blessed to have met this man of God. And I will be continuing to pray for him and his family. You can join me in praying that his family member would be freed from addiction and would be able to find true life in Christ. Also that the family would continue to have strength and live free from guilt and shame.
An update on my Achilles. I ended up taking two days off walking. Instead I was able to continue by car for those sections and then hang out at the albergues and coffee shops. I was able to still meet a lot of fellow pilgrims which was cool. After the two days I decided to try and walk again. It no longer felt like I would be damaging anything if I continued to walk even though there was still a good amount of pain. My team and I continued to pray for healing for it each day. It wasn’t completely healed, but I was able to walk everyday until the end of the Camino and for this I praise God!

Currently we are on a bus back to Mijas Spain where we will pick up our stuff and continue on to our last month in Morocco! I’m looking forward to this month and will have another blog out soon as we start our first week there.
Thanks for all the prayers and support. It means more to me than you can imagine. One thing I have been learning recently is that prayer is powerful and heard. It shifts things in the kingdom. I don’t ever want start thinking it’s just a little thing cas it’s not 🙂 it holds weight because God hears our prayers and he always answers them cas we are his children and he loves us so much!
It may not always be answered the way that I would like, but I believe he always answers in the best way. So once again thanks for your prayers! Love y’all!
