For those of you who don’t know, each World Race team gets an Alumni Squad leader. The boys team and my team got Kevin aka Kevy.
Kevin leaves today to go live with the boys for our last two weeks in Myanmar, which means this is the last time we see him until leaving for the states.
Here’s what you need to know about Kevin:
– Kevin has a big red beard & a septum piercing so in other words, he’s way cooler than any of us;))
– Kevin loves his d&d (dungeons & dragons)
– Kevin also loves his comics
– Kevin gives the best teddy bear hugs
– He has been traveling for 3 years with world race
– Kevin is my legal guardian in Thailand because I was too young to sign my papers at the doctor there LOL
– Kevin is 30 years old
– Kevin KNOWS his Bible
– Kevin is a 9 on the enneagram (look it up)
– Kevin treats us as his own sisters
– Kevin had to deal with 7 girls & 9 boys who fought over him constantly (we won of course;))
– Kevin truly loves everyone he comes in contact with
– Most importantly, Kevin loves the Lord with his entire being!!!

Thank you for loving each of us no matter what, for loving us when we were all moody girls. Thank you for showing us what a real man of God looks like. You’re truly a blessing & I can confidently say, the world would not be the same without you.
I will never forget the times we all spent together. The laughs, the hugs, the cries. Kevin, I am so excited to see where the Lord takes you this next season. I know that whatever you end up doing God will use you in big ways!
