First off I want to thank everyone that has donated so far. Your donation has made it possible for me to go to training camp and almost to launch with my squad. Every little bit counts and y'all have made me so glad and appreciative. I am so thankful for every person that has donated a penny is that a prayer. Just know that you're just as much of a part of this even if you can't go overseas helping fun somebody that can means just as much. So Thank You:)
As most of you all know I was supposed to leave in July with E squad. But things happen and plans change. Sometimes it's because of what something was done and other times what was not done. In my case it was fundraising and preparation that was the deciding factor to not leaving July but instead September. I had very big mixed emotions. I understood why I needed to, but my heart was broken. switching to a new route means switching squads and switching teams. It means going to another training camp, and going through the teambuilding activities with people that I've never met. I already knew a bunch of people on my squad from E squad because we would do video chats a lot and we talked all the time on Facebook. But because I switched so late and training camp is right around the corner, I won't know anybody but the three people I'm riding down with that I will have just met. My heart and my mind is still with E squad and Team United 31. They are my family and some of my best friends. I miss them and I was told from a couple that they miss me too<3 ha ha:) love those guys more than anything. But with a new squad and a new team, it will bring opportunities to make even more friends and more family.
With that being said, I still desperately need your help. I still need your prayers but I also need financial help. We have deadlines set along the way so that will give me opportunities to fund raise when I'm overseas. But I have to have a certain amount before I launch. I am about $2500 short of that goal.
