Day 160: Kigali, Rwanda

This is my little girl!  She gets so sweaty because she dances like crazy in worship.  She is always holding my hand or sitting on my lap whenever she’s at church.

Day 161: Kigali, Rwanda

We mentioned to Pastor’s wife that we would like to build them stairs for their steep driveway; however, when we came home today, Pastor had built us stairs as a surprise.  I guess that means no more sliding down the driveway for us anymore!

Day 162: Kigali, Rwanda

Until coming on this trip, I thought that children playing this game of running with a stick in hand to roll along a tire was only for 1950s movies, but no, children all over the world find enjoyment out of this game.

Day 163: Kigali, Rwanda

Despite circumstances that tried to prevent us, we spoke at a church tonight where 15 people came forward to get their lives right with Christ and 3 women came up for healing.  God healed each one of them right there!

Day 164: Kigali, Rwanda

We spoke to a group of church leaders in a different district of Kigali.  On our way back to the bus, these children were following us with huge grins on their faces…that is until I took out the camera and they decided they were a little too cool for that.

Day 165: Kigali, Rwanda

There is such a sweet lady who comes to church every single time the doors are open with her little girl who has cerebral palsy.  We prayed for her tonight and are believing that God is going to heal this precious child.

Day 166: Kigali, Rwanda

This boy greets us everyday screaming, “A mzungu, a mzungu!” with as much excitement as he did the very first day he saw us.  He has progressed from standing outside his house barely able to contain his excitement, yet keeping a safe distance, to running towards us with a huge grin and almost taking us out with a bear hug.
