Okay we are getting down to crunch time!
Here is the situation:
I am still in major need of financial support in order to go on the world race. I currently have 2,015 in my AIM support account plus 2,000 pledged from my churches “GO FUND”. I should have 8,000 in the account A.S.A.P. I need at least 60% of the total funds to launch with my team on august 11th. I know God wants me on this mission trip. I know he will provide. If you have ever gotten just an inkling to help me out, from God, or your conscience, or whatever….this is the time.
I’d like to share with you something from another blog by Gary Black.
“The Kingdom is not about you and me. God will get his job done with or without us, believe it or not! He doesn’t need me! That’s hard for a semi-narcissistic guy for me to swallow…God allows you and I to jump in the river-the river of mystery that calls to the deep place in each one of us that cries out, “There must be more” – The Lord doesn’t need us, because, He can always find someone to say “YES”- but….He allows you and I to participate if we want… it’s all about the “YES” in our heart …He remind(s) me how fragile and fast life is. His Kingdom will move forward; He will win and you and I can jump in and be a part or stand on the side-lines and watch. In my frailty and insignificance, I still chose to jump in….how about you?”
Those words are wise and I could not have said it better. The Kingdom will advance with our help or without. I’m asking you to prayerfully consider supporting me in THE WORLD RACE. Sometimes god calls us to physically “GO” for him other times he asks us to support those of us who can “GO” physically. There is no way i will be going without your support and prayers. Thanks much much to all of you who have supported me in this and those of you who are considering THANK YOU!
