We load up in the bed of pickup trucks every morning and drive into different communities to do door to door evangelism. We walk through towns and offer prayer to the sick and a savior to the broken. Every afternoon we get back to our living space covered in dirt, sweat, and more dirt. It’s easy to get discouraged, to complain, and to lose sight of what we are doing. Does this even do anything? Do they see Christ in us as we pray for them knowing next to nothing about the life they lead or struggles they endure? The answer is an absolute yes.

Yea, it’s easy to get discouraged, easy to let exhaustion take over and make you forget what being the hands and feet really means. But THEN we show up at a school to speak to children about drug and alcohol abuse and before we go in, the pastor tells us how many people have accepted Christ into their hearts since we have been here. 20 yesterday, 16 the day before. THEN you walk into said school, give two testimonies, and 20 more children commit their lives to Christ. Jesus is HERE and He is ALIVE and taking souls back from the enemy.

The World Race is a journey- way more than a mission trip (surprise, surprise..) My world is being flipped upside down. I am realizing things about myself (good and bad) that people have been telling me for years. I am growing closer to God every single day. My priorities are shifting and I love it.

TRUTH & GRACE, Ya’LL. TRUTH & GRACE.

I have ministry days where I think “this is what it’s all about” and then have off days filled with discipleship and think the same thing. It’s a combination of several things and it is what you make it.

Please pray for the people of this Country. Intentionally pray for the new believers, for the seeds we are planting, and for the hearts of the ones we will be meeting in the next few weeks.

God is good. He is truth, healing, and so alive.
