Can you believe I’ve been on this life-changing journey for 2 months already?!?
After an amazing month of serving in Cambodia, month #2 on the race is coming to a close, and I am moving on to all that God has for me and my team in Vietnam!!
Tomorrow morning at 7AM, my squad and I will be departing from Cambodia, and heading to Ho Chi Minh City where Untamed Passion and team Mosaic will be staying for the month!
Our ministry contact has informed us that these are some of the ways we might be serving ranges from working in a café and teaching English, to healing ministry and street evangelism! We will have to wait until orientation to find out! It’s so exciting!! While we don’t know what exactly our ministry will look like yet, I know God is going to work in incredible ways though us and bring his kingdom to the country of Vietnam!!
Some things to keep in mind: While we are there, our squad will have to be very cautious about what we say and do online. Vietnam is known for persecuting Christians for their faith. The government has free reign over all internet activity, and even Skype calls could not be secure! Please pray for protection for us and all of our ministry contacts this month!
Financial Update!
I am so blessed to announce that my WR fundraising account is currently at $8,500!! I am so blown away by how God has been providing since I’ve been on the race! I cannot thank all of you enough for your support, not only in funding, but also by lifting us up in prayer! Having a bunch of prayer warriors joining in this mission back home has made an amazing impact on our squad, our ministry, and myself!!
There is also a financial deadline swiftly approaching at the end of this month! By October 1st, I must have $11,000 in my fundraising account (That's $2,500!), or risk being sent home! I know God still has some amazing plans for me on the mission field this year, and I want to be able to continue to live them out! Please consider partnering with me in the mission he has called me to and help me stay here by donating and praying for provision! While it may seem like a large amount to come up with in a month, God has done it before and I trust He can do it again!
