My team and I will be going to these countries for three months each to serve in partnership with ministries to preach the Gospel, plant churches, work in orphanages, minister to women and children trapped in prostitution as a result of human trafficking, and bring the restorative hope of the Father’s love to many tribes and nations. It will be challenging, I am not even there yet, and it is challenging.
I have fear and doubts all of the time, right now I can only focus on the minute in front of me with everything that is going on. With school and the race, it is hard to capture it all. Next year is starting to set in. It starting to hit me since school is ending T MINUS 5 WEEKS and I will head out to THAILAND in less than 5 months that I am actually leaving.
Yes, leaving. Thanks to all of my supporters who are making it possible for me to go! I cannot express to all of you wonderful souls who have a heart to give how grateful I am. I am overwhelmed with the generosity of the families around me, its truly a testament to God’s faithfulness in providing all of the funding thus far! It is a new concept to accept such generous gifts, to be honest, I am still not use to it. But, I am SO thankful for the “senders” because it is a critical piece in taking the gospel to the world. THANK YOU AGAIN!
In 1 Timothy 6, Paul tells Timothy to command the rich to do good. One way is to be rich in good deeds, and the second way is to be generous and willing to share. This, Paul says, is they key to being free from the deadly nature of wealth and possessions. Give generously, abundantly, and sacrificially. Give because Christ is in you. Give because your heart has been captured by a Savior who has produced in you overflowing joy welling up in rich generosity.
