Last year a World Race team came through Cyprus and met a guy. This year, he is our host!
He is a Christian who has fled from several countries to escape persecution. He was gifted a house that we are staying in and has a ministry to reach people in other parts of the world who do not have access to the Gospel.

We went to the international church and were overwhelmed by the opportunities here to come alongside the long term missionaries.
These opportunities include:
For our host:
Clean out his basement
Help babysit at a conference
Take on a gardening project
Spend time with an Egyptian family that stayed with us
For the international church:
Help with a soccer (futbol) camp
Go to an isolated church in the mountains
Help with a youth coffee shop
Help at a shelter that provides food and clothes to the poor
Help with an organization that helps women of human trafficking

We had the opportunity to participate in the first A21 walk that was held in Cyprus. Millions of people all over the world walked to bring awareness to human trafficking and slavery.

We also had a girls weekend where all 29 girls came together to share stories, have a Bible study, worship, encourage one another, and have fun!
The time in Cyprus has been busy and gone by so fast. We have one week left.
Happy Halloween!
