Life is moving fast. I graduated about two weeks ago and in about four weeks I will be going to Atlanta, Georgia for training camp!
Training camp will be filled with new experiences and new faces! I cannot even begin to express how excited I am to meet my route 1 squad! Route 1 squad is filled with so many amazing young men and women, who share a deep passion for the Lord and have accepted the call to go and to live passionately for the Lord! I’ve gotten to know my squad a little bit more through our snap chat group chat, where we can laugh over silly things going on in our lives or get more serious and ask for some intense and meaningful prayer requests. Route 1 squad is filled with love and support.
I often sit and think about how lucky I am to embark on such an amazing journey with such amazing people. I have such a good good father. The Lord has blessed me with a squad who I know I can always count on and lean on, and we haven’t even met each other face to face yet! The Lord has blessed me with a new season of life that will be filled with difficulties and growth. I have high hopes for this new season of life. I pray, and I ask you to pray, that I will find a new group of friends who will keep grounded and who will encourage me to walk further than I ever have in my faith with the Lord, that I will see truly how God can and will move mountains, and that I discover a new sense of self and worth.
Here’s to a new season of life. I cannot wait to share all of it with you guys.
