Dear Supporters (and soon-to-be supporters),

This is the latest update on my World Race financial situation. I’ve just been informed that I need to jump back on the fundraising train. I currently have $10,720 raised, and with the added costs of training I need to raise a total of $12,600. That’s a balance of $1,880 that I need to have raised by the end of August.  I have no doubt that God will provide the necessary funds, and if you feel that God wants to you use you to help do that, you can support me by clicking on the
Support Me! link to the left.

Thanks so much to everyone who has supported me thus far. You’ve made the dream of this year become a reality for me. I will carry this experience and the lessons I’ve learned with me for the rest of my life. I am truly grateful.

These are a few pictures of the 2 day English camp we ran last week for 250 kids at a Thai elementary school. It was tons of fun, but totally exhausting! I don’t know how teachers do it everyday…I’m impressed!

Songs and games
I think the kids had more fun watching the Americans make fools of themselves, but either way…they learned English! 🙂

Time to get serious.
We broke the kids up into 8 groups and rotated then through 8 twenty-minute stations.

A monk came and the end of camp and spoke to the kids about respecting their mothers because Sunday was Mother’s Day. They celebrate Mother’s Day on the Queen’s birthday and Father’s Day on the King’s birthday.

Our team with the Principal of the school. Ka Pun Kha! (thank you)

Much Love!!
