Hello Family!
The time has come!
God has called me to be part of the change the world has desperately been waiting for. The past 3 years God has been shaping me for this. He has given me a heart for the hungry, the lost, and the broken. Philippians 2:1-4 says that if Christ’s love has made any difference in our lives, than we are to LOVE one another, be compassionate, work together, be HUMBLE, and put others AHEAD of ourselves. His love HAS made a difference so in January 2014 I am hitting the streets! I will be embarking on a journey to bring love, hope, mercy and compassion to the people the world calls unlovable.
I have been accepted to travel with a team of people from Adventures in Mission’s The World Race. We will be traveling to 11 countries in 11 months spending 1 month in each of the following countries; SOUTH AFRICA, MOZAMBIQUE, SWAZILAND, INDIA, NEPAL, MALAYSIA, VIETNAM, CAMBODIA, IRELAND, UKRAINE AND ROMANIA. We will be working along side local churches and organizations to help bring freedom from hunger, healing to the hurting, homes for the homeless, hope to the orphans and above all bringing the sweet love of Jesus to the nations.
If you are excited after reading this and feel God tugging on your heart to be apart of this, YOU CAN BE! Please keep my team and myself covered in prayer. This isn’t a vacation; we are going to some very oppressed places crawling in spiritual warfare. We will be backpacking and living out of tents, pray for health and safety and for our hearts and minds to be protected. I humbly ask you to prayerfully consider being a financial sponsor or a one-time giver to help send me.
The cost of this trip is $15,500 I have various deadlines to meet but ultimately, from the time you get this letter I will have 1 year to raise the money. If God leads 40 people to faithfully give $33.00 a month for the next year I will be fully funded. You can give a one-time donation of any amount and all donations are tax deductible.
