I have a confession….
I have the African itch!!!!!
If you have not read my bio (do so now please) I lived in Africa for 7 months and have fallen deeply in love with everything about it!!! I lived in Malawi which is one of the smallest countries in all of Africa located in the south east. Malawi is the country where I accepted Christ and Malawi is our 11th and final country that we are going to. Now before I go on anymore, I already know what your comments are, and I KNOW, I really do know that….
I need to stay focused on the country that I am in and for the last country in Asia.
That I need to get all expectations of what we are doing and where we are going in Africa out of my head.
I need to stay present with the ministry that I am in currently
And all the other really important stuff that your going to tell me!!!
I KNOW!! I am present and putting my ALL into ministry and life in Asia and have for the entire race, I would never not!!! But my heart beats Africa, I hear the African drums in my sleep, I get the greatest feeling in my heart when I look at my pictures of my time there, and the cute little kids!!! But I am just so flippin excited!!!!
I will change lives in Africa!!!
I will make a difference!!!
I will build an orphanage and give the homeless a home!!!
Lead the fatherless to know the greatest father there is !!!
Give hope to the hopeless!!!!
I will be here in 50 days
I will hold kids like these in 50 days
I will be in my home, Malawi, in a little less than 5 months and be looking at this sunset once again
PLEASE pray for me for all of those things I need to keep out of my mind until the time is right
Pray for Africa, as a continent, and for the peaople as brothers and sisters in Christ
Declare that God is already moving there NOW with other squads and missionaries and they pave the way for us!!
But know that my fire is building and the Lord is preparing me for big things when we step off the plane in Kenya in May!!!
