The Unapologetic Truth Series Introduction
I cannot believe I am in the last month of my World Race. Thank you to all those who have read my blogs, prayed for me, and supported me since the beginning of my fundraising campaign over a year ago. You guys are awesome and I am so so grateful to you in my life. This series is the start of my attempt to encapsulate this entire journey in the past 9 months, but give me grace because I feel as if I am only scratching the surface.
I am titling this series The Unapologetic Truth because from the day I met Jesus until forever He has again and again, even in my doubt, proved that He is the way, the truth, and the life. I want to see people experience Jesus, to realize that they are temples of the Holy Spirit, and the chains of brokenness can be broken if you give Him your Yes. I don’t want people to just know who God is and say they are Christian, I want people to own their faith and live in the love, and the joy, and the peace, and the freedom and all the good things that the perfect Father has to offer. I am not going to share anything but the truth about Jesus or my own story because anything else falls short of perfection. I am only interested in the truth because anything but the truth will never stand. If you follow along with this blog series, I want to challenge you to find the truth of what you believe. I challenge you to follow the truth and see where it lands.
I will be posting my end of the World Race blog in an attempt, to sum up my gap year. It will be about how the Unapologetic Truth has changed my life. Truth is not easy but it is so worth it and that is the heart behind this series and my final blog this weekend.
