Wow! Every time I leave Thrive (college/20 something Bible
study) I am so fired up to go on the World Race! Thanks so much people at
Thrive that get me fired up to go! I am also hesitant to go, because I know God
is doing such a work here…right here, and I don’t want to miss it. And I know it’s
not like I need to be here for God
to work, so as long as we are ALL following God, we are good to go. And we will
not miss anything that God has planned for us as long as we are sensitive to
His leading.
I’m super excited for training camp, which starts the 16th
and goes to the 24th of this month. I need $747.50 more raised by
the time I step foot onto the training camp or else I can’t go, but I know God
will provide! This is going to be an amazing week of God breaking us all and
then molding us into who we need to be to go on this trip and surprisingly, I’m
sooo excited for this!! We are going to worship, find out our teams, and find
out exactly which countries we are going to. Please keep on praying for me,
pray that we can go to Haiti in January, so that I will be able to see my
church family down! That would be amazing! God has it all planned out, so I’m
not worried 🙂
There is just so much stuff that I want to do before I leave!
There are so many people I want to say bye to, people I want to hang out with,
kids to teach, so much I could learn, well I could keep going and going, but I know
that God will prepare me exactly as He sees fit. I just need to take a deep
breath and realize that God’s got my back. And He does, He has all our backs
and we can all rely on Him to get us through whatever situation we are in.
Trust and Obey, cause there is no other way…(song)
Ok I could talk forever about how amazing God has been
working in my life, but I’ll…no wait…one more…real quick!
After training camp (North Georgia), I wanted to see my Aunt
and Uncle (Brad and Grace) and my cousins which are in KY. But this is outta
the way if people wanted to drive down with me to training camp. Well long
story short, my family from here is going down during Thanksgiving to see Brad
and Grace, so I am going to see them on thanksgiving and now I am able to bring
people along with me to training camp, without having the pit stop in KY. Ok,
so I didn’t do a good job at explaining that story, but wow, God is so good and
has everything all planned out! Woo-hoo!!
Thanks for everything you do! Keep praying that God would
prepare and equip me to do His will.
