My first 5 months of the world race were tough. Especially
working with the children. It’s not that they were screaming and yelling…it was
that they were screaming and yelling…IN SPANISH.
πŸ™ sad day. I cannot understand what they are saying.

This is me at a school…having NO IDEA what to say, because I
only know a handful of words in Spanish.

Going to Thailand was going to be even tougher…I thought. Little
did I know: all the students at the University speak ENGLISH! I think I have
spoken more English this month than I did in the past 5 months! And praise the
Lord that I have an accent that they can understand. Just yesterday, a group of
students said that they love my accent! Now it’s not because I’m from Pennsylvania
πŸ˜‰ it’s because I speak slowly and clearly. Now I am so thankful that I took
the time to talk to international people in the United States, because they
helped me learn how to speak…to a foreigner! Haha πŸ™‚ Also, being a teacher
helps too.

Anyways, my point is: I really hope and pray God puts me
in a place that speaks English for the rest of my life. And there are places
all over the world that speak English. If you know of any countries around the
world that speak English…please let me know about them! I’m going to make a
list of English speaking countries.
Now, if God calls me to a country that does not speak English, then I’m going
to have to tough it out! If He calls me there, then He will help me learn it πŸ™‚
He will provide, He always does πŸ˜€

Thanks for your prayer!!!!!!!!! [I’m hoping and praying that the kids in Africa speak English]
