Wow! I’m leaving for the World Race in 7 days…aka Jan 6th
at 6:39pm! Are my bags packed? No Way! And, to make things even more crazy, I’m
going to Passion (Christian young adult conference), which is from 10:30pm
Dec31- 4am Jan5, so yeah I’m running out of time…quickly!
So as reality sets in, I am not going to get to say bye to everyone…I
wish I could, but if I was, I would be here till next year! So I move on, and I
will be back in 11 months; the time is going to fly by! I’m going to be back
before I know it!
God has provided in crazy amazing ways!! If you read my last
post, I talked about how I had only about 2,500 in my account and I needed
5,000. Well in ONE WEEK and ONE DAY I checked my account and I was at 8,100!! Are you kidding?! That is about 6,000
in a week!!!!! Praise the Lord!! Money is still pouring in, so I think I should
be fully funded before I leave. I also have monthly supporters, which are
covering almost a third of what I need…wow!
Oh yeah, it was my birthday on the 28th, so I’m
now 23…ugh, someone get me a cane! Also for my bday, my dad took me to REI
(camping/outdoor store) and got me all the rest of the important stuff I need,
so I will try to pre-pack to make sure I have everything…wow I’m really running
out of time! Oh well, I’m sure everything will be ok!
It is just amazing how God provided, in every aspect of
life. I could give stories of each aspect of life God has provided, but just
trust me when I say that God has provided Spiritually, physically, emotionally,
mentally, socially, and every other way possible, it’s so aMaZiNg!!
Well anyways, I just wanted to update you on how I am doing;
stressed, yes, but I am at peace at the same time. BYE everyone, sorry if I didn’t
say bye in person. I wish I had a clone of me so I could see everyone, but to
be honest, it’s not going to happen. I’ll be back in 11 months and you can say
bye to me then, and then while we are at it, let’s say hello and catch up on
life!
