Our two months in Thailand have been full of Jesus. We have lead 8 students to know Christ in these last few weeks many more students have shown interest in learning more about Jesus. Seeds have been planted and it has been an amazing experience to watch our students become more and more curious about Jesus.
We have spent two months teaching English, loving our students, and developing relationships with people in the community. It was a bit discouraging at the beginning, but the Lord had a purpose for our team here. Once people became more comfortable with us more and more questions started to come. We prayed for hearts to be stirred and questions to arise about who Jesus is and why He is special, and the Lord made that happen.
We spent lots of nights worshipping under the stars, and hot afternoons praying for Jesus to continue to reveal himself to our students. I wish I could explain the change that we’ve seen in this school, but I can tell you that Jesus’ love has changed the atmosphere here. The students would pass by us silent and occasionally bowing, but now our interactions are filled with smiles, hugs, laughter, and so much love. We have also seen more unity amongst the teachers and the teachers showing more love towards their students.
It would take forever to write about all of the amazing things that have happened while we’ve been in Mae Ai, but if you are interested in reading more – here are some of my teammates’ blog posts about our time in Thailand:

We are currently in Cambodia at debrief! We are spending a few days processing the first half of the race, and on Friday we leave to our ministry site for the next two months! Please be praying for safe travels and a smooth transition into our new home and ministry in Cambodia.
