Training Camp was an experience I will never forget.
I got to be with 250 people my age who love Jesus with their whole hearts for 10 days! I am so excited to do life with my squad for nine months. They are the most inspiring, loving, merciful, joyful people I have ever met. I have the honor of being on a team with 5 of the most beautiful, gentle, faithful women. They are lovely, and they all bring a unique and important asset to our team. I also got to be mentored by amazing men and women of Christ who carry Jesus’ light with them wherever they go.
Because of their guidance and the companionship of my squad I came out of training camp a different person.
I learned how to hear Jesus’ voice and to have the boldness to obey.
I saw God set people free and was set free from things I didn’t even know I was holding on to.
I experienced the Holy Spirit more than ever before.
My eyes were opened to who I am in Jesus.
I learned that I am exactly who God made me to be.
And I know now that there is no shame in sharing your story. It’s a tool we should use to bring people to Christ.
Thank you, God for the most amazing ten days of my life.

As of today, July 17, 2017, there are only 53 days until I head to Atlanta, Georgia to launch onto the mission field!
