Cyprus in a word…..naaa how bout pictures 😀

Arriving in Cyprus after 2 full travel days and one quick stop in Manchester.

One morning we woke up early to catch a sunrise! This was just up the hill from our house and Sheila even carried her bowl of coco puffs the whole way.

The ladies of the house for week 1! These women are truly such treasures and have so graciously poured into my life.

Making room for a broadcasting studio. We spent a day just preparing the basement of our hosts’ home to expand his broadcasting ministry, which reaches Middle Eastern countries with the gospel.

A21 Walk in Nicosia! All the ladies from my squad came together to march against human trafficking and help end modern day slavery. I have been supporting A21 the last few years through Dressember, and it was so special to get to support them in Cyprus, which unfortunately is a hub for much of the sex trafficking in our world.

Morning, afternoon, evening, and anytime walks from the house. Cyprus has some of the most beautiful landscapes, and fun fact we hiked to the top of that mountain in the background.

Kitchen Crew!! One of may favorite parts of this month was how many family style meals we got to cook. We had anywhere from 11 to 30 people to feed depending on the week and got to share in some sweet sweet community time.

Paul’s Pillar. We took a trip to Pathos and got to share in some of the rich history of Cyprus. This is supposedly the site where Paul was whipped for his faith.

Happy Halloween from M-Squad. We simply had a blast piecing together costumes from what we had in our packs, and I have to say many solid movies and TV shows were represented that night.

Here‘s the view from that mountain looking down over the city of Limassol where we stayed. I’m definitely leaving a piece of my heart in this city. There are so many amazing ministries and believers we got to partner with in this city and God is just so evidently working through their lives. Would love to invite you to pray with me over this city and the people in it.

I am in awe of how fast the time has gone! Cyprus for me was rich in community and in relationship with the local church here in Limassol. More about our time here coming soon! Thanks so much for reading and for being a part of this journey with me. All the glory to God alone! He’s moving in some pretty crazy ways and there is so much not photographed, but I hope this a good snapshot of what Cyprus has been for us.

Blessings,

Bre
