Hi Everyone,
First and foremost I am so excited to be apart of the 2018 August Expedition Team! There are so many God stories, back stories, tears, and praises that accompany that statement and Lord willing my reality as we launch this summer.
I am a 21 year old Potato Native from Boise, Idaho, who just loves being outside and finding new adventures. After high school, I discovered a love for the desert and for road-trips in the great state of Arizona through attending college at Grand Canyon University. I am a hard core people-person and my favorite thing is just spending quality time with others, whether it is a 15 hour car ride, 5 mile hike, or just 2 cups of coffee on my porch.
The most important things to me are:
1. My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is my identity, my everything, my hope–all that I am and desire to become.
2. My people. Being an active part of Christian community (sharing daily life) is messy, demanding, and so worth every moment.
3. Making memories. It doesn’t really matter to me if all goes according to plan as long as everyone is enjoying themselves and we walk away with a good story.
