When we were children many of us often had the most amazing imaginations and we truly believed that we could do anything the possibilities were limitless! If you were to ask a child what they wanted to be when they grew up the answers are always quite fascinating. They range from wanting to play in the NBA to flying to the moon, but we never laugh at their dreams instead we encourage them to reach for them. So why is it that when we get older we stop dreaming? Why do we laugh when someone tells us their dream? Somewhere along the path of adolescence to adulthood we stop dreaming. The world starts to become to much of a reality and it takes every ounce of energy it seems just to put food on the table and raise a family. I don’t believe God ever intended for us to stop dreaming or become so independent from him that the only time we talk to him is on Sunday or when something in our life starts to fall apart. I’ve lived extremely independent for most of my life I even struggle with it now, but i’ve come to the place where i truly want to depend on God and trust him for everything. I’m not talking about not working or just completely giving up on life, but i am talking about complete trust in God. I want to dream again as i did when i was a child.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Many of you might think i’m a little bonkers but my dream is to change the world for the better through Christ in whatever sphere of influence he’s given me. I’m crazy enough to believe that i can and i will change the world because i have Christ. I refuse to stop dreaming because it’s the dreams that people in history went after that eventually changed the world. A few names are Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, Thomas Edison i could go on and on with men and women who saw a better future, who imagined and dreamed a better future. They changed the world and they will be in the history books for all of time time because they refused to bow to the harshness of this world and would not stop fighting to make a better life. I personally don’t care if i’m ever famous or in a book, but i do care about the broken and the lost in this world. I’ve had plenty of hurt, pain and rejection in this life but Jesus saved me and gave me freedom. My dreams is to go to the ends of the earth with this Gospel to love the lost and forgotten, to rescue women and children from sex trafficking and to build a legacy that’s worth living. We were never crated to be ordinary, God created us to be extraordinary. God did not create one person like another on the earth. Every person is beautiful and unique, you and i each have something the world is crying out for because only we can give it. We were made to change the world! Every child ever born into this world is a flat out miracle and each one is unique and different from the others which is also a miracle. I believe and i have a dream to change the world and i will because Christ in me is the hope of glory and i can do all things through him:) Won’t you dream with me?

love y’all Bless you!:)
