I’m sure you’re wondering why I chose to go on the World Race out of all the other Mission trip avenues I could’ve gone through. We’ll let me tell you how I why I chose the World Race specifically.
When I first set out to look into “Missions in Asia” I actually ended up talking to a whole bunch of people on their thoughts about mission trips and who they recommended. Listening to all of the people I talked to I gained a lot of insight as to what is out there and the countless ways you can minister outside of the USA.
I prayed for God to lead me in the direction that he wanted to use me in and I found the World Race! Ever since I felt a call for Missions I’ve been feeling in my heart that in need to be on the mission field for long periods of time. Not just a week. I saw that the World Race was an 11 month long mission trip and it fit perfect. Since I don’t really have a specific country for Asia that I feel called to maybe God will reveal that on this 11 month long journey. This will give me a chance to experience many different cultures and places and expand his kingdom around the world!
11 months is a long time but I know God will be using me every second of it and He will be growing me to be a better man for his kingdom.
I can’t wait to see what God has in store for me!
