While thinking last night
I couldn't help but ask
Well, why am I here?
So why am I here
Could it be for the pictures?
Maybe memories?
Like seriously
Why am I on the world race?
What am I doing?
With all the questions
What answer did I find true?
For, why am I here?
It's not memories
I don't care about pictures
Then why am I here?
I am here for God
Nothing else at all, really
It's all for the Lord
Do I want stories?
A lie would be to say no
I am here for God
Stories are real cool
That is not even my aim
I am here for God
So what does that mean?
To say, "I am here for God"
It means what it says
To remember nil
But to know that I listened
To his every word
Made moves he wanted
To further bring his kingdom
Is all that I need
And to hear him say
My good and faithful servant
Real good job my son
I am here for God
Nothing will ever change that
I am here for God
