6. My soul waits for the Lord
More than the watchmen for the morning;
Indeed, more than the watchmen for the morning.
A fellow classmate preached a sermon on this verse last week and I haven’t been able to get it off my mind since then. I want my entire body to wait on the Lord more than the watchmen for the morning.
Imagine being on watch, in the middle of the night, alone, bored, tired… all you want, ALL, is for morning to come. The Lord is the morning, and I want more of Him in my life.
