I know this is super cliche but its something that I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. At training camp we got an introduction to the foods we may be eating for the next 11 months. All I remember thinking is “Oh my word I just want a burger.” So as I came home for this last month before launch, I have honestly just eaten all the foods. I’ve gotten into the terrible mindset of “It’s okay if I eat this whole bag of candy corn because I’m going to be leaving and won’t eat this for a really long time.”
Let me be the first to tell you, this is not a good place to be in!
You do not feel very good about yourself or feel very good in general when all your doing is putting crap into your body.
Then I started thinking how often do we do this with other things in life?
The music we listen to, the movies we watch, the people we pull in close to us.
When those are negative, when they are filled with garbage, they just end up tearing us down.
Now, I’m not saying stop being friends with everyone but I’m saying, maybe watch who your really spending all of your time with or who has the ability to speak into your life.
Start being aware of your surroundings, start smiling, start fueling your body with real and raw foods.
