1. You shop at Goodwill, Dollar Tree, and all other cheap places for items in your squad color. (GREEN for G-squad, represent!!!)
2. You meet 53 strangers that you feel like you have known for a lifetime.
3. You eat… well food from other countries: fish head soup, ugali, curry, etc.
4. You eat one American meal and your stomach aches.
5. You pour out His love to others.
6. You speak life over your family.
7. You prophesy over someone for the first time.
8. You hear someone pray in tongues for the first time.
9. Your God takes hold of your hands and freezes them to let you know He is reaching out to you.
10.You pray so fervently for God to intercede to heal the sick.
11. You SEE God heal your family from Celiac’s disease, deafness, wounded eyes, swollen feet, etc.
12.You seek out Him to trust that He is going to place people on your team that He will use to stretch you.
13.You gain a father and mother, shout out to Bruce & Marcy Dawson.
14.You now have an earthly father to hug because you have never experienced that before.
15.You meet all the crazy people you have been skyping, facebooking, google plusing, tweeting, etc. all in an hour period.
16.You hear someone have Holy Ghost giggles for the first time (where people laugh during prayer, worship, etc.).
17.You know people’s names before they introduce themselves (maybe that’s just me).
18.You want to know the testimonies of all 53 squadmates.
19.You are overwhelmed with His presence in your life.
20.You are put into situations where you have to rely on your squad for strength.
21.You somehow manage to sleep on a school bus with 53 other amazing people.
22.You declare that He is worthy of all we have.
23.You shout out that there are no strongholds in your life.
24.You lay it all down at His feet knowing that He is going to be the healer of all healers.
25.You are blessed beyond measure for the work that God is doing.
26.You feel so close to your God that you can feel His presence.
27.You quickly learn if peoples love language is physical touch by whether they hug or not.
28.You wait patiently for 4+ hours to be served a complete meal, yay campfires!
29.You freak out when you realize it is day 6 of training camp and you only have 24 more hours to spend with these crazy folks, but then you realize you actually have 11 more months of craziness.
30.You are in awe of the love and support of AIM staff.
31.You know the name of everyone on your squad before meeting them in person, okay maybe that’s just me 🙂
32.You are humbled to be a part of Kingdom Building all over the world.
33.You are pumped to fulfill His commandments throughout scripture.
34.You feel His presence overwhelm you to your knees for the first time.
35.You are interceding on your squads behalf for provision.
36.You cannot even come up with a response for “How was training camp?”
37.You are expecting God to show up in HUGE ways.
38.You learn little tricks to pack your packs #likeaboss.
39.You get hyped up for squad wars & decked out in GREEN.
40.You realize you have one crazy God who is speaking to your family in mighty ways.
41.You cannot comprehend how much He loves you.
42.You have 50+ mosquito bites all over your body.
43.You live life with others because you couldn’t imagine anything else.
44.You are stretched beyond your limits.
45.You are blessed with 6 beautiful sisters who you will serve alongside for several months.
46.You somehow manage to survive on 5 hours or less of sleep.
47.You adjust to having to pack up everything you own in 20 minutes (thank you Memphis, TN & SB 2012 for that practice).
48.You fall head over heels in love with your Savior.
49.You are not able to just do life anymore because God has mighty plans for you and His Kingdom.
