It’s
the end of month 7.
Our
final deadline for the $15,500 was January 1, 2013.
The
AIM office was kind enough to offer a one month extension to those that needed more
support.
We are three days away from the end of
that extension.
We are three days away from the final
decision.
January
31, 2013 is the day.
Time is running out.
Five
of the six members of my team are fully funded…
BUT
one member is not.
Elizabeth
Gonzalez is the third from the left, in the blue tank top and shorts.
She
still needs $4,874.96 to finish the last four months of the race.
Team Beloved Daughters would not be the
same without her.
We
would not have someone to cheer on our leg wrestling sessions.
We
would not have someone light up when we are placed with a deaf ministry. She has
been working as an interpreter at a middle school and high school for five
years for the deaf students.
We would not have the joy, laughter, spunk, and Mexican spice that she adds to our team.
I
would not have someone to cling to in the Indian Ocean from excitement at
learning she will be my teammate.
Our
team would not be the same without her.
There comes a point in the race that you
realize the people around you are crazy spirit people and you yearn for what it
is that they have.
Elizabeth
is there.
She’s
climbing up a mountain hand in hand with her Daddy and she is reaching that
point.
Daily she is yearning for more and more
of Him.
She
knows that He has so much more growth to do in her before she returns to the
States.
Her faith is increasing as she trusts in
His provision during the “eleventh hour.”
She is
the most disciplined person out of all of our team. She wakes up early every
morning and works out and spends some quiet time with Him. She has been
encouraging each of us in this area.
She
speaks to the depths of us and spurs us on in growth.
Her race isn’t over yet.
He
is calling her to finish the race.
Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for
the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at
the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12: 1-2
She’s
running.
She’s
running to Him.
We
are running with her; believing and trusting that anything we ask in His Name,
He will provide it for us.
Time is running out,
but it does not have to.
YOU
could be the person to help change one woman’s life.
YOU
could be the person to help one person impact many, many people’s lives.
YOU
could be the person to help one of His disciples continue to share Him to
nations.
YOU
could be the person to help Team Beloved Daughters stay together.
YOU
could be the person to help increase my sisters’ faith.
The God of the Universe is calling you
to rise up.
He
wants you to be one little spec in His ultimate provision.
Will
