This site is going to be the most important place for me
for the next year and some change. I
will be traveling all around the world and this will be my main outlet of
staying in touch with my friends, family, and supporters. Here you can keep up with my blogs, see what
the Lord is doing in and through me and my teammates lives, find out how to
spread this news to others, contact me, and also to give prayerfully,
financially, or spiritually to myself and to AIM. The blogs are the heart and soul of these sites because they are so
vital to staying in constant communication with everyone who is following the
desires of the World Race, it’s participants and leaders alike. Thank you so
much for choosing to serve with me.
God has truly called me to embark on an opportunity of a
lifetime. I feel so unworthy and completely undeserving of this calling, yet so
blessed and honored that God has chosen me, Brandi Elizabeth Moore to go and
minister to several groups of lost souls that many refuse to even acknowledge
as human beings. I want to witness God’s grace be poured upon the starving
children in Africa, the prostitutes in Thailand, the gypsies in Romania, and
the list goes on. I want to see God’s hand move in phenomenal ways; in ways
that I could never see here in America. I want to be completely and
radically changed for the glory of Christ. However, that being said, I do not
want to make this about myself and what I want to see accomplished and how this
is going to change my view about everything. I just want to be obedient to
God’s calling and witness the movement of God’s hand.
I have always had a passion for missions, but the last
couple of years God has ignited that passion for all nations. So, when you couple that with my desire for
adventure and new challenges, God’s calling to go on the World Race was an easy
“YES”!!! Since I’ve answered God’s call
to be a part of the World Race, a lot has happened in my heart. But, I believe that it is all spiritual
preparation for the challenges that lie ahead. During this time, God has shown/taught me patience, tolerance, trust,
compassion, becoming dead to self, acceptance, abandonment, freedom, and most
importantly, His unconditional Love for me. He has set me free from many burdens and lies and I strive to live in
FREEDOM everyday.
As God has been increasing my appetite to do His work, I
yearn to partner with other Christians that are willing to leave everything to
serve God, to encourage them and be encouraged by them. I long to serve God in
areas of great need, and hopefully make a difference for Him. I want to open
the eyes of my peers to the reality of what is going on in other places. I’ve
looked into other short-term mission opportunities before, but none had called
to my heart the way this one has. I simply cannot stop thinking and praying
about it, and praise God for this opportunity.
