Psalm 93:3-4
3: The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their roaring. 4: More majestic than the thunders of mighty waters, more majestic than the waves of the sea, majestic on high is The LORD!

I woke up late this morning because my alarm didn’t go off (my fault) and I rushed to the church to have the weekly breakfast with my youth group kids (and friends) before school to find 25-30 smiling faces in fellowship. I don’t know why but I felt so much joy when I walked in. Just to see all of them sitting around the tables and eating and joking and talking felt so (very) good. There wasn’t anything particularly different from any other Wednesday, but I know that Christ was there with the kids even though I wasn’t. And the verse above is so true this morning as it is raining. It’s kind of an ugly day, but God has made today into a very beautiful and majestic day.

Praise God for every one of the boys and girls that were here this morning. God is indescribably good and He loves us so much. Thank you, Father, for being our majestic Lord.
