Blog: Zimbabwe
Ministry for Zimbabwe consisted mainly of going into parts of Bulawayo and handing out Christian newspapers to people, inviting them to church, and praying for them. We handed these newspapers out in the city of Bulawayo, and in the suburbs/surrounding areas.
At church, we led bible studies/Sunday school for kids.
On one occasion, we visited a squatter camp( a cluster of abandoned buildings that people had illegally made homes out of), and we distributed clothes to them, handed out newspapers, and talked and prayed with them.
Later on, we went into the bush of Zimbabwe and ministered to people, did some manual labor that consisted of making bricks and plastering the sides of the guest house we were staying in. We also visited the house of a blind woman that a previous world race team had fundraised to build.
