So I’m not on S.E.E.D.S anymore. Actually there isn’t a S.E.E.D.S anymore. At the end of this last month while we were all recharging in Zanzibar, our squad leaders announced team changes. It was basically a fruit basket turnover type of situation. We’re changing continents again, back to Asia, so it was time for a fresh start with a new team. S.E.E.D.S and Xstream were both great seasons on the race. Even after only a week, I can start to see God’s purpose in putting the 5 of us together at this point on the race. We all had gone as far as we could with our previous teams. This new team is made up of new people to encourage, and be encouraged by. People with new talents and gifts to learn from. People with different stories, testimonies and experiences to share. Meet Team NEWLife (Never Ending Waters of Life).
Tim (far right)is our team leader! From Ohio, he is the youngest on the team and he brings wisdom and sarcasm to the table. Jasmin (smack dab in the middle) is our finance person. From California, she brings strength and a gift of worship to the team. Matthew (next to me), from North Carolina, has an incredible knowledge of the Bible and also has a gift of worship. Pam (short one in the black shirt), from Alabama, has a generous spirit and is full of love and encouragement. We’re excited to see where God takes this new team!!
