A lot of things have been going on in my head lately and it’s been difficult to process.
A lot of the times Christians in America believe that miracles and wonders we hear about in the Bible only happen in foreign countries. Is it because it’s a mission trip? Is it because we are surrounded by other believers pursuing the same goal? The definition “mission trip” has changed in my life since I have been here. Yes, it has to have a label, but it doesn’t really. I am on a mission trip, but my perspective has changed; it’s no longer a mission trip, it’s a lifestyle. You are always on mission whether you know it or not. That’s something God has been sharing with me is that it’s a lifestyle.
But back to the healing, I was praying a week or so before we left for India about what God wanted me to do here and I kept hearing Him saying that I was going to experience a lot of healing people in His name. I immediately doubted because I have never seen someone healed, but have I ever tried to pray for it? And saying that, have I prayed in full faith knowing God can do it?
When you pray for things, you have to believe God can actually do it. Pray in faith knowing that God can actually do the thing you are asking.
Are you struggling with finances? Don’t just pray that God will provide if you don’t fully believe He can. You have to pray in full faith knowing God will provide the finances.
Are you having leg pains and want God to heal it? Pray in full faith knowing that he can!
This month in India, part of our ministry is to walk house to house praying for healing in people. It has been one of the coolest things I’ve been apart of in my life because I have prayed in full faith knowing that He can do what we are asking for. We have witnessed over 10 people get healed in Jesus name and it has been such a blessing here in India.
