The Lord has given to me the awesome opportunity to go to Guatemala starting in September 2014 to show God’s Love to the people who need the Love of God the most. I feel so honored to be called by God to be used for His purposes. I am excited to be with Adventures in Missions as a Missionary for Jesus Christ!
I will be on the Compassion Track with Adventures in Missions with The Center for Global Action. A short summary of what the Compassion Track is all about is:
“The Compassion Track is designed to minister to orphans and bring them to a place of wholeness and freedom and launch them out to disciple the nations. This track is run out of our missions base in Antigua, Guatemala. We first build a relationship with the orphans, serve them and love them. Then, as the Lord speaks and they respond, we disciple them into their identity in Christ. The vision that the Lord has given us is to then launch them out as missionaries to the nations.” (Taken from Adventures in Missions CGA Website)
For more information of what CGA is all of what I will be doing, how to support the ministry of the Lord, and so on check out my last blog titled God is the Pilot (CGA Guatemala) at http://blakemeehan.theworldrace.org/?filename=god-is-the-pilot-cga-guatemala
