This is hello in Spanish

How are you? in Spanish

What is your name? 

This is the  extent of Spanish I know for now. Hopefully by the time I'm in Honduras in month 3 I will know more Spanish by then!

 

We have many different languages in the world. 

In the USA  we speak English

In parts of Canada they speak French. 

In Costa Rica they speak Spanish.

In Brazil they speak Portuguese.

 

Many different languages are spoken in the world. The different languages in the  world make each country unique and is great to visit different cultures. There's also a bad thing about many different languages in the world. The languages create barriers which can make communication difficult for funny Americans like myself in Costa Rica!! 

Many of my teammates including myself have said words in Spanish with incorrect pronunciations and had people laugh at us, in good fun of course!!

 

The great news is we many have many different languages spoken in the world but we can speak God's Love!! There are  no barriers when we speak God's Love to others!! 

A smile shows happiness and joy to people!!

Little Children enjoy many piggy back  and horse rides on your back!! I am going to lose 10 pounds quickly!! 

Bring a soccer ball out and children rush to play!! 

Bring cameras out and they love to take pictures with you and for you!! 

When we bring out food the children they love to eat!!

 

The things I have shared about Costa Rica is how we have shown God's Love to others this week!! All the things are universal communication around the world!! This is so awesome!!

 

So we may not speak the best at Spanish but the Holy Spirit will give  us the things we need to do to share God's Love to the nations without knowing the national language. 

 

God's Love is Universal!!!
