It’s all about the Hungarians Baby

This is a lot harder than I thought…man, community is so God designed its not even funny. He truly wants all of us so He can demonstrate His love! The more we give, the more we become like him. The more we become like Him, the more we see change in and around us. I felt so burdened that we keep asking God to show up, keep asking him to bring Kingdom but how can He when we withhold love from each other. The book of Acts is ridiculously awesome because it talks about how the church gave to all who had need, were generous with each other and shared everything. They loved on each other and God added to their number daily those who were being saved. He provided all that they needed and gave them the kingdom. It was because they bought into what He planned for them, the good works He planned beforehand for them to walk in. I think living a Christian life is so much more simpler if we truly allow Him to be first in our lives! If nothing else is as important than Him and we put our eyes on serving Him and serving people, we are that much closer to His Kingdom.

Today, my sis Bethany and I were getting wi-fi outside of the apartment complex near where we are staying and a couple guys came up that spoke english. We started talking to them and found out one was a teacher and the other a student. We told him why we were here in Hungary and he said you believe in God? We’re like, “yeah, definitely!” He said, “I really want to believe like you do but there’s just so much division of religion, especially in my family.” I thought, you’re right where God wants you to be, hungry! We talked a bit more and God just kept bringing us people to talk to. It was awesome because we are literally right in the middle of the community. We are by an elementary school, high-school, college and apartments for young people. One of the girls we met invited us to go to Karaoke, and I couldn’t have been happier! We don’t need to create this place for them to come, we can just go where-ever they are and bring the Jesus lovin with us. I am reminded about what we learned last week at the awakening, its not about us, our agenda or glory, its all about God bringing His Kingdom and He’s bringing it here in Hungary!! We’re making this all about loving and serving the Hungarians, because through that we’re serving Him.
