it is with GREAT excitement that I can release to all of my WONDERFUL supporters the news you have been so anxiously waiting for! Adventures in Missions released to the Oct. team today our tentative route for The World Race!
without further ado…
We will meet as a team in LA on September 28, 2008 where we will launch to our First country!!!
October- The Phillipines! 🙂
November- China!!!! 🙂
December- Kenya!!!
January- Uganda!!
February- Ethiopia!!!
March- India!
April- Romania!!!
May- Serbia/Bosnia
June- Mexico
July- Guatemala
August- Nicaragua
My teammates and I are SO excited about how the Lord is going to use us through these countries!!! Please begin praying for these countries, that the Lord would break our hearts for each of them and the people there that we will be ministering to. Pray even now, that the Lord would begin paving the way for us to share the gospel with a hurting WORLD!
Adventures in Missions staff member and World Race alumni Jimmy McCarty said this about the World Race;
“* In the next year, World Race will train, equip and send nearly 250 young adults to the field for a year-long missions experience.
* If each of these misisonaries impacted just one individual in each country of their stay with the hope of Christ, at a minimum, 2,750 people would be personally touched.
* That’s 2,750 orphans fed and clothed, widows loved, prostitutes liberated, hopeless discovering Christ and missionaries encouraged.
* At a minimum, we will be sending missionaries to nearly 30 countries in the world next year on five contenients. The scope and impact of the World Race is increasing at an exponential pace and I can’t think of anything else I’d rather be spending my time doing.”
The Lord is doing amazing work through each World Race team that He sends out, and I am excited and humbled to be a part of God’s mighty plan for the Nations and for HIS Kingdom!!
