Twas the night before leaving when all is finally packed I sit here wondering, “What awaits me these next 11 months?” The answer is not specific yet I trust God fully with everything in my being. If He said it, He will do it, for all His promises are yes and Amen!
My Father goes before me and also next to me and also behind me. So don’t worry about me for He will bless my going out and coming in…for His promises are yes and Amen!
If you’re wondering, “What will she eat? How will she know to get there?” He will provide for me, guide me, and lead my every step of the way…for His promises are yes and Amen!
He will put His words in my mouth to give hope where there is none, speak life where it’s nonexistent and give the Good news to the poor…for His promises are yes and Amen!
This last month I have been poured the love of God through many of you. Your acts of kindness, words of encouragement, financial support have brought me to tears as it all is a sweet whisper of my Heavenly Father saying, “Go, my daughter, and show the love that has been shown to you”.
On the night before I begin a grand journey of my life I say, “Here I am, Father do as you wish. For I am ready to see your promises come alive and jump out of the pages of my Bible into the lives of the ones thirsty and hungry for truth and love. And you are the Truth and Love that this world needs”.
