I began this journey
desiring to see the signs and miracles the Bible tells us will follow us. You
know- the lame to walk, the blind to see, the mute to speak, the dead to rise.
While this is all true because He has established and promised this to us, its
not the main point.
I had failed to realize
that my Father desires to dance with me before anything. He wants to sweep you off
your feet and cause you to fall in love with Him as He whispers truths over you
and dances with you. You may be asking, “What is she talking about?”
Before using me to tell
others about Himself, my Father wants to simply love on me. As He swept me off
my feet He began to reveal truths that were
bringing freedom in a new level I
had not experienced before. He picked me up in his arms and twirled me around.
As He did this I was seeing things with a new set of eyes. And when he placed
my feet back on the ground I was still experiencing the thrill of dancing with
Him. The truths he spoke to me have remained for His Word is constant, never
changing.
I may not have a
comfortable bed to rest on at night but I wake up every morning having rested
on my Father’s lap. I may not have a
warm coat to keep me warm while walking the cold streets of Vidin but I walked
feeling warm as the Holy Spirit
covered me like warm blanket. I may not have a vehicle to take us to ministry sites but my Father renews my strength each day to walk for miles. I may not have brand clothes
but Abba Father has dressed me with robes of
righteousness that
aren’t worthy to be compared to clothes seen on display at the malls. I may not
have a bank account that has much in it but God
has given me heavenly riches
stored up in heaven for me to enjoy now.
I don’t have to wait to
get to heaven to dance with my Abba Father…He dances with me a song of Abundant
Life now. From here I am able to speak life to others and bring kingdom to the
world. He is abundant life.
