A week together with 150 world racers all pursuing the heart of God will wreck anyone! It was something that I will never be able to truly put into words but all I can say is we are 100% in….The Lord is moving and expanding my heart and mind like I have never known before!
Entering into camp I felt like I was already jumping off a huge cliff of faith, and as camp went on I continued to act in faith and trust the Lord with this year. I decided I didn’t just want to jump off the cliff but to dive head first into God’s ocean of love.
Beginning of camp I was set to be on a team with males and females, I had my own reasons…but God had something else in store. So I dove in believing that his ways are greater and I have no doubt in this decision now. I was asked to be a team leader!! I wasn’t sure at first but had peace within my soul, so I wanted to be open and now I am the blessed leader of ” Team Segullah” a group of 5 amazing women of the Lord who will be bringing God’s Kingdom to this earth and it started at training camp….stories to come…
We chose the name our name wanted it to display who we are and this is why…SEGULLAH is the Hebrew name that God uses for the Israelites. It means: chosen ones, God’s holy priests, his very own, set apart for a purpose, his treasured possession. That is who we are! Sounds accurate huh?? 🙂
Introducing to you Team Segullah- The next 6 Esthers of this generation
On the Left is Jasmine from LA, Carmen from Noblesville, IN, Emily from WI, Bridget from Chicago, and Leyna from New York. I am so blessed to have these women as my teammates!
So pretty much camp was amazing! full of sweat, tents, incredible worship and teaching, late night swims in the lake, dumb games of ninja that seemed to never end, laughter, joy, freedom, feeling the power of the Holy Spirit, moments of breaking before God, powerful prayer, and late night talks with some incredible men and women of faith! I learned so much and met so many amazing people!
the staff at AIM is absolutely incredible. Thank you so much AIM for your care and love for us as racers, it was so evident in everything you did and how you poured your love and wisdom into us.
Thank you to all who are reading this for your prayers and love….this is so much bigger than me! I love it! May the King of Kings be forever praised!
