My World Race Q&A Sheet
Where will you be going and what will you be doing on the World Race?
The September World Race consists of a team of 50 young adults traveling and serving in the following countries: India, Nepal, Cambodia, Thailand, Kenya, Uganda, Romania, Uganda, and 3 others (TBD). The team will be involved in a wide variety of ministries which vary depending upon location and needs of people. Examples of the various ways we will share in bringing God’s Kingdom to earth will be accomplished through encouraging victims of sex trafficking in Thailand, building an orphanage in Romania, and feeding/clothing children who live in the slums of India.
How can I support you?
You can commit to being one of my prayer partners. My goal is to have 100 prayer partners committed to praying for me throughout the duration of my trip. Without prayer, this experience will prove difficult (if you are interested, please e-mail me at [email protected] in order to receive updates on prayer needs). You can also commit to supporting me financially; the entire cost of this trip is $14,300.
How can I give financial support?
Please make checks payable to Adventures In Mission and return your response card with your donation to Adventures In Mission PO Box 534470 Atlanta, GA 30353-4470. The enclosed response card will provide AIM with the information necessary to send you a receipt for your donation.

Will the donations be tax deductible?
Yes! Adventures In Missions is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. Donors will receive receipts for their gifts with the understanding that the disbursement of those gifts lies completely at the discretion of Adventures In Missions and that the gifts are non-refundable and non-transferable, per IRS regulations. Gifts may be tax deductible; please consult a tax advisor.
When do you have to have the $14,300 raised?
By September 2010, I must have raised $8,500 before I can leave on the trip with the remaining amount of the $14,300 due by February 2011. (Please send donations by June 30, 2010)
What are your financial goals?
§ Sponsor a country: A challenge to donate $1,300 to cover my expenses for a country of your choice. During my time throughout the country of your choosing, I will call you personally with updates and publicly thank you on my blog for your generosity. Please e-mail me at [email protected] if you are interested in this sponsorship.
§ 5 people – $100 donation every 3 months for a total contribution of $400
§ 30 people – $25 donation every month for 11 months for a total contribution of $275
§ 40 people – $10 donation every month for 11 months for a total contribution of $110
