Hi friends, my name is Bethany Clark and I am currently a senior in Amarillo,Tx. I am so excited to be writing my very first blog post as I prepare for the adventure ahead of me. So first I want to tell you a little bit about myself. I am very involved in my church youth group and love participating in the weekly activities such as Sunday school, bible studies, and Wednesday night worship. A few other things I love are:
- Spending time with family & friends
- Chick-fil-a
- Driving and jamming out to music
- Road trips
- Coffee dates
I think a major part of why I decided to go on a mission trip for nine months is because I have grown up in a mission minded church. I have been on numerous mission trips with my church and these experiences have shown me what it truly means to serve others in order to further the kingdom. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be apart of Gap year and I am so excited to see how the Lord is going to work during this time!
