Dear Mom,

Thank you for teaching me what selfless, unconditional love looks like.

Thank you for all the hugs, for all the cinnamon rolls, for all the times you’ve slipped me another $20 bill or mailed me a gift card just because. Thank you for always reminding me how beautiful you think I am, and for sleeping with your phone under your pillow just in case I need you in the middle of the night.

Thank you for introducing me to Jesus and showing me what it looks like to love Him and love like Him. Thank you for modeling for me the type of wife and mother that I want to be one day.

And thank you in advance for being the only person I know that will actually want to look through every single photo and watch every silly video and hear every little detail about my trip, even if it takes days. Thanks for being my biggest fan.

Only six more weeks until I can cuddle up with you in your spot to watch our shows, with our McD Diet Coke’s and a plate of your famous Christmas cookies!

Happy Birthday, Momma!

Love,
Beth

My favorite Plush women. Their huge smiles and joy, despite being in a hospital waiting room, is part of the reason I love both my Mom and Grandma so much.
